Transparent method
The arithmetic is deliberately boring.
That makes it inspectable. Cardflow adds the work of selected sequential stages, converts it through your available hours and compares the result with the target window.
Core formulas
cards handled = total cards × stage share
effective rate = cards/hour × workers
stage hours = cards handled ÷ effective rate
required workdays = sum(stage hours) ÷ hours/workday
calendar days ≈ required workdays × 7 ÷ workdays/week
Assumptions you must review
Sequential stagesThe core model assumes a batch completes one selected stage before the next. Parallel pipelines need separate scenarios.
Stable ratesFatigue, learning, sleeves, language, print variants, condition and setup can move the observed rate.
Even workweekWorkdays are spread evenly. Holidays, interruptions and irregular shifts are not inferred.
Privacy and safety boundary
The calculator runs in the browser and asks only for anonymous counts, rates and dates. It does not require card names, images, collection files, account credentials, customer records or prices. It does not identify, authenticate, grade, value, recommend buying equipment, promise vendor throughput or guarantee a finish date.
